Having spent years designing reports using Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services, Cognito, and Crystal to name a few I've realised when it comes to analytics, most people fall into two categories.  You either want the raw data in Excel to perform your own analysis, or you hate data in Excel and want something very visual instead.

I've looked into numerous dashboard solutions in the past such as Tablau, Board etc. (most of which can cost more than a Porsche!) where both Power BI and Clicdata have all of the same functionality, are easier to use, and cost less than a single cocktail per month!
