Having spent years designing reports using Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services, Cognito, and Crystal to name a few I've realised when it comes to analytics, most people fall into two categories.  You either want the raw data in Excel to perform your own analysis, or you hate data in Excel and want something very visual instead.

I've looked into numerous dashboard solutions in the past such as Tablau, Board etc. (most of which can cost more than a Porsche!) where Power BI has all of the same functionality, is easier to use, and costs less than a single cocktail per month!
